How will my parcel be sent?
Orders will be sent via Czechia Post - or if you would prefer an alternate carrier, you can contact us.
International orders will be sent via Czechia Post.
Can I order express?
Yes, express service is available for orders within Czechia. We use Czechia Post for our Express Service and you will usually receive your order within 1-2 days. If you live in a remote area please contact us before ordering express as it may take additional time.
Do you ship internationally?
YES!! We send to anywhere in the World!!! Unfortunately, except for Recycled Plastic Mats at this time, but we are working on it.
International parcels will be shipped via Czechia Post Airmail.
Does my order have tracking & insurance?
- To keep shipping costs down, there is no tracking or insurance. If you would prefer to have tracking or insurance, this can be requested.
PLEASE NOTE: for Czechian orders – if nobody is home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left at the door of the address if it is safe to do so, otherwise there will be a card left with collection details.
When will my order be sent?
In stock orders are usually sent within 1-3 days, if you require a package urgently be sure to choose Express.
When will I receive my parcel?
The estimated delivery time from when your package has been shipped is;
however, Christmas and times of public holidays could affect delivery times.
- 1-7 working day to Czechia (unless the area is remote)
- 5-10 working days to New Zealand
- 5-15 working days to US/Canada
How much is shipping?
Little People offer free postage on all products except for Gift Boxes and Recycled Plastic Mats.

Returns policy
We want all of our customers to receive the highest quality products and customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
All products must be returned in their original packaging in new condition with tags still attached. The product cannot be broken or in any other way damaged in order to obtain a refund.
Faulty Goods
If there is a fault with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or missing item), please contact our customer service at [email protected]. Include as many details as possible including your order number. Photos clearly showing any faults is always helpful.
If the product is in stock at the time of return we will provide a replacement product including freight back to your original order address. If the identical product is out of stock we will provide you with either a refund or a credit voucher to purchase an alternative item.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any item for a different size or alternative product. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please email support to arrange an exchange.
Change of Mind
Our small business only offers store credit for change of mind returns.
All items must be in new condition with tags intact. Any additional postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees will be deducted from your order amount to cover the cost of shipping your original order to you (Czechian customers). Even if you were eligible for free shipping in your original order we have already paid to ship it out to you. International orders we will provide you with a Store Credit to the value of the goods purchased (excluding shipping cost). We reserve the right to charge an additional 10% restocking fee.
You are responsible for return freight. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.
Where to return a product
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to include your order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. A detailed description of the problem is necessary.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 7 days.
